Writing.- ATA publicly denounce that has been claimed by various routes, information on aspects not clarified by the Madrid Central before the entry into force of the process to impose sanctions. In this sense, it has been insisted, at the meeting held this week with the city Council, in that there does not exist a criterion to be able to transfer to the affected, in connection with the distribution night, or permissions to specific services out-of-hours.
These aspects, among others, pose a major headache for associations such as ATA, try to transfer accurate information to its partners. During the latest meeting held this week, ATA turned to move to the town hall these shortcomings for which we are still waiting for answer.
After the meeting held with the officials of the city, in the table of ongoing assessment, ATA shows his bewilderment at the lack of ability of the representatives of the municipality at the time of giving solutions to the proposals made by the carriers before the impending chaos that may result in the implementation of the sanctions regime on the 15th of march.
Since last week ATA, an organization that brings together a good portion of the independent carrier, moved its concern at the lack of sensitivity of the municipal representatives, who have ignored each and every one of the aspects taken in the numerous meetings held to date.
As we recently announced, for ATA, at this point, after today 15 are drawn two possible scenarios; either it produces an avalanche of penalties in the large amount of situations not covered by the Madrid Central, or to generate an alarming shortages of both goods and services essential for the normal functioning of a city as Madrid.
Finally, the Association of independent Carrier insists, from the real knowledge of the situation, in moving public opinion, the serious problem that is going to generate this situation, a problem that is going to be affected all the neighbors before the impassiveness of the city Council, already alerted on numerous occasions by this group.
