Writing.- Alsa has received the certificate of Social Responsibility IQNet SR10 AENOR, certifies that it has implemented a Management System that is committed to social responsibility, good governance and continuous improvement.
IQNet SR10 is the first international standard of Management System of Responsibility and establishes the requirements to define, implement, maintain and improve a System of Management of Social Responsibility with the purpose of integrating Social Responsibility throughout the organization and contribute to the sustainable development, considering the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.
For Francisco Iglesias, ceo of Alsa, this certification “is a step forward in the realization of the Social Responsibility Policy of the company, as the best guarantee of its future. It is a point and followed in our daily work to improve the economic, social and environmental-of the communities and cities that Alsa is present, through the delivery of services for disabled safe, innovative, sustainable and socially responsible”.
According to Rafael García Meiro, Director General of AENOR, “Alsa makes systems management a key service differential pay. The Social Responsibility certificate by AENOR according to IQNet SR10 acknowledge your concerns, and social sensitivity, which develops through measures to favour the reconciliation of family, the integration of the female talent, the workplace integration of people with diverse skill or support to people at risk of exclusion, among other lines of work.”
The obtaining of this certificate has been accompanied by the publication of the first Sustainability report of the company. The Report has been prepared according to GRI standards (Global Reporting Initiative) and verified by AENOR, and it contains broad information about the key actions and policies developed by Alsa in the areas of excellence, safety, customers, people, society and the environment.
